Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or a significant life transition, I’m here to support your journey toward greater self-awareness and resilience.
I draw upon a variety of strengths-based, relational modalities. My clinical practice is differentiated based on client diversity and needs and is grounded in an understanding of trauma and the multiple possible paths to healing. Our sessions are tailored to meet your needs and reflect my commitment to trauma-informed, compassionate care.
Couples Counselling & Psychotherapy
Relationships are vital to our well-being, yet they can also be a source of stress when communication breaks down or connection fades. Couples therapy provides a space to strengthen your partnership through understanding, trust, and emotional attunement.
My approach is rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory, and is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR principles as well. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or striving to reconnect, I’m here to help you navigate toward growth and fulfillment as a team.
